Launching the initiative + first discussion scheduled for May

Some background info:

For those curious, this initiative is a one-person team. It's a passion project that arose out of a response to increasing polarization and division among Canadians. To compound this problem, there is no shortage of clickbait, rage bait content, and discord online.

Among many things, we hope that supporting a return to 'salon' style conversations can help revive in-person conversations on difficult issues that include ordinary people of all backgrounds, interests, and beliefs.

While there are bridge building groups out there, most of them are primarily U.S.-based and they're still fairly ideological and partisan in nature. In Canada, there are very few such groups, but there is still a great need for this type of project.
